Meet the MDPM Team: Tyler Meyers and Oliver Milici

One of our goals in 2015 is to help our clients put a face with their contact here at MDPM Consulting. We’re always here to answer your questions, give you an update on your SEO and web marketing progress, brainstorm about your next move, or chat about what’s going on with you and your team at your practice, but there’s a buzzword floating around regarding the trend in online marketing: transparency. So, we’re making it a priority to introduce the faces behind MDPM and give an inside look at just what it is we do every day to serve our clients.

Today, we’re proud to introduce Tyler Meyers and Oliver Milici, who are both interns at MDPM Consulting.

Being the logical, puzzle-loving, problem solver he is, it’s only natural that Tyler would end up in a technological field. Over the past few years, Tyler has become one of the go-to technical support technicians — or techies as we like to call them — for our clients. Although Tyler’s day-to-day responsibilities vary, he can usually be found updating our clients’ websites, helping to complete domain transfers and website builds, and running routine maintenance checks on our clients’ Google Webmaster Tools, Google Analytics, local listings, and social profiles. Tyler is an MDPM client service rep and is more than happy to get on the phone with our valued clients to speak directly with them about their web presence.

When he’s not in the office, Tyler’s an avid gamer — both board and video. He loves Settlers of Catan and is currently hooked on Dark Lords. He enjoys bonding with the team during the game nights they have a few times each month. This summer, Tyler will join the MDPM team full time and prepare to start college as a software engineering major at the University of Texas at Dallas in the fall.

Oliver just recently joined the MDPM team, but he’s already proved to be a quick learner as he assists our VP of Design as her graphic design intern. Right now, Oliver works primarily on file gathers. But, don’t get us wrong; file gathers are a huge part of the website design and build process. It’s how your beautiful design becomes a fully-functional, user-experience optimized online representation of your dental practice. Oliver will be working in the MDPM office nearly full time this summer, and he’ll get the opportunity to learn more about design and Photoshop, as well as what goes on behind the scenes in the technical support department.

Outside of working and finishing up his senior year of high school, Oliver remains busy in the fine arts department at his school. He’s currently in the musical and one act play, as well as in choir and on the mock trial team. In his free time, Oliver likes to play guitar, and he’s busy getting ready to attend California Polytechnic State University in the fall.
