How are you doing? How’s your family and your team?
This week brought more delays in openings as this pandemic continues to spread. I know I said it last week, but I want to say it again. These are uncertain times, and – from business owner to business owner – we really are all in this together.
As I also mentioned last week, our team is here and working, business as usual. If there’s anything we can help you with, please don’t hesitate to reach out so we can keep things moving forward.
What You Can Do
It’s time to show up for your patients. How? Take advantage of your social media platforms! Show what you and your team are doing during your time at home. It can be work-related (like a virtual team meeting), it can be uplifting (like a video message directly from you to your patients), or it can be easy and fun (like sharing a funny photo or meme, a workout you did, a recipe you cooked, a movie you watched, etc.). Here are some examples of how our clients are staying active on social media during this time:

Take some photos and/or videos, and send them our way so we can post them for you! This is an easy, free way to 1) remind your patients that you are there, 2) connect with them on a personal level, and 3) offer something positive/lighthearted in a sea of noise and news.
It’s also a great time to make sure your website and social media are up-to-date and accurate. Peruse your website and social media platforms, and let us know if any changes or additions need to be made. Are all of your services accounted for? Do you have new technology that you need to add? Have you had any staff changes? Is it time for new photos? Take a look and send us an email or give us a call so we can make these changes!

Has your estimated reopening date changed? Does the notice on your website and/or social media need to be updated? Let us know so we can make sure everything is accurate and that your patients have the most current information.We are now offering a patient wait list feature that can be added to your website. This feature will allow patients to sign up online for a spot on your wait list. Your team will need to keep the list organized and contact patients once your office opens, but it’s an easy way for patients to reach out to you and get “in line” for an appointment. Let us know if you’d like to take advantage of this feature!
