A strong focus on dentistry and the services your office offers make up the bulk of your online marketing approach. However, to help local SEO and attract new leads, you also need to have a community focus as well. With summer finally here, there are a number of community events happening, especially as we near the Fourth of July. Let’s talk about community marketing tips for your practice!
What’s Happening in Your Community?
Do you have any summer events taking place? As we blog about community events or our clients, we can’t help but notice some towns offering free movies in the evening, events and activities for children, or as the Fourth of July nears, parades, firework displays, or festivals. You can often have a physical presence at these visits, such as a booth at a festival where you give out dental swag and meet the members of your town. You can also blog about these events, writing them up and using local keywords. As an added bonus, your patients that follow you on social media will often be more likely to comment on, like, or share content related to local happenings.
Get Involved When Possible!
How can you get involved? Perhaps you could you be present with a raffle or booth. You or a member of your team could enter a contest at an event. There are a number of different options to make your presence known and allow the members of your town or city to put faces to your practice’s name. When you share pictures and information on your blog and social media, you also help improve your local SEO strategy!
Let Us Know!
If you do take part in any events this summer, or have a special or promotion, let us know! In addition to helping with your promotion or event, we would love to blog about it and feature it here. Be sure to send us some photos and we can share the blog on our social media pages. We always want to know what our clients are up to and share news about hem!
