If you are feeling hungry throughout the day, try to opt for healthy snacks like fruits and veggies. Doing so will help prevent you from eating teeth-damaging sugars.

We know it is hard to keep your kids on a stable routine during the summer, but make sure they are still brushing their teeth twice a day and flossing at least once.
