New Beginnings
Spring is all about new beginnings, so why not start making positive changes to your oral hygiene routine? From now on, always brush your teeth twice daily with a fluoride toothpaste and floss every evening. We would also love to see you every six months for a checkup and cleaning!
Replace Toothbrush
Have you replaced your toothbrush lately? Over time the bristles become worn and can’t properly clean your smile! So, try to pick up a new one every three to four months to keep your smile in great shape.
Stains
Want to avoid embarrassing teeth stains? Keep your smile bright with daily brushing and flossing, and a diet low in sugar and drinks with dark pigments, such as tea, red wine, coffee, and soda. These simple steps help your smile shine, and fight cavities and gum disease too!
