A Message From Our CEO
How are you doing? How’s your family and your team?
Things seem to be holding steady this week, but we know the situation at hand can change quickly. If there’s anything we can help you with, please don’t hesitate to reach out so we can keep things moving forward.
What You Can Do
How did the phone calls to your patients go? Have you checked out your website for any updates to be made? Have you been showing up for your patients on social media? Here are a few examples of how our clients utilized social media to reach their patients this week:
Remember, these posts don’t have to be complicated. They just need to remind your patients that you’re there and that you care for them. Send any photos/videos/content you want posted to us so that we can post it for you! That’s what we’re here for.
In fact, we’ve created a special, supplemental Social Media Kit that you can use to stay engaged with your patients during this time! Ask us about it.
This kit is a little bit different than our monthly Social Media Kits. There are no written captions. The images stand alone, which makes for easy downloading and easy posting. None of the images are time- or date-specific, so you can use the ones that speak to you whenever you choose. In this kit, you’ll find 4 categories of images: dental health, general health, warm wishes, and ask your patients. Again, you can use any of the images whenever you want, but we wanted to offer variety. Ask us about getting the special COVID-19 social media kit to use in your office!
We also know that this kit won’t be for everyone. It’s a strange time, and we know that coping with everything going on isn’t one-size-fits-all. If you choose not to use the kit, that’s perfectly okay. We wanted to give you something that – should you choose to use it – is easy to use to 1) remind your patients that you are there, 2) connect with them on a personal level, and 3) offer something positive/lighthearted in a sea of noise and news.
What We Can Do
Has your estimated reopening date changed? Does the notice on your website and/or social media need to be updated? Let us know so we can make sure everything is accurate and that your patients have the most current information.
We are now offering a patient wait list feature that can be added to your website. This feature will allow patients to sign up online for a spot on your wait list. Your team will need to keep the list organized and contact patients once your office opens, but it’s an easy way for patients to reach out to you and get “in line” for an appointment. Let us know if you’d like to take advantage of this feature!
Do you have ideas or need help with something? We’re a sounding board, and we’d love to hear from you.

Stay healthy,
