From the beginning, our strategic branding program will provide you with a new, custom dental practice logo, as well as direction on naming your practice, if needed. To integrate your logo into your practice, you’ll receive a unique design for business cards, letterhead, envelopes, and a tri-fold or bi-fold brochure. Our experienced graphics team will also deliver two completely original postcard designs for direct mail. We can manage your direct mail campaign, if you like, as an additional project.

Your custom website will include a premium gallery with up to 15 pages of case studies, as well as elements of motion and original text, for SEO. The site will also feature 10 city pages, which will widen your search engine strategy to neighboring towns. Two different, 10-page microsites will be designed and optimized for your SEO success. Also, once a month, we will provide you with what’s known as a secret shopper in the restaurant business. One of our consultants will call your main phone line under the guise of being a new patient. We will score the person on the phone and deliver a report card to you for review. If necessary, we’ll provide tips for improving your front office’s telephone skills, which could ultimately improve your conversion rate and booked appointments.

Also with our Aggressive Selection, three team training sessions on marketing may be scheduled throughout the year, to be held by Skype, Google Hangout, or telephone. We recommend spreading the meetings out or grouping them as a three-part session.
