Brand Identity for Dentists

Though it may seem overwhelming to you, it’s always fun when the MDPM team takes on a complete brand identity and marketing project for a new dental practice. At MDPM, we work with new dental school graduates opening their first dental office, and we also have many clients who invest in private practice after years of associateship. Some of our doctors are expanding, opening multiple locations as they enter a phase of business growth. Yes, even in this economy, dental offices are growing!

The marketing experts explore local demographics, names of dental practices near our client’s location, and the client’s preferences for colors. After briefing the MDPM creative team, everyone goes to work on various ideas and elements, then we regroup to share concepts. It’s all very Mad Men.

If you’re opening a new practice or expanding your office’s locations, the best strategy is to prepare for excellent marketing, just as you would prepare to serve patients by properly equipping and staffing your new office. You can see how each of these things build on one another. You shouldn’t create a website or order signage until you have a logo; you should not compose a welcome letter until you have a website. Unfortunately, you may not have learned these things in dental school!
